A newly Added Director by File the E-Form DIN 1 applies for the Directors Identification number with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Government of India. For this process may be taken 3 working days to complete.

File with ROC

Approving the appointment of the directors about the details, a resolution is passed by the Board. After the completion of that can File the Form DIR 12 with the Registrar of the companies. This process may take 4 working days.
