Special Resolution
By ordinary resolution, the director can remove before the expiry date of his period of life, who didn't hold the company at lifetime. In case, in the special notice of resolution, the company should send the director concern. The directors, whether who doesn't the member of the company, shall ask it in the meeting.
File with ROC
The company should wait until the director explanation. Sometimes the director late to reply can send the special notices through members, approval the director will be removed. File the Form DIR 12 with the registrar of companies, the director can be removed within the 10-15 days.
